Our standard return policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 90 days from the date of purchase. The return window for items sold online begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered by a Shipt shopper or made ready for pick up. During this time, buyers may return products for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange—depending on the company’s specific terms. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip or in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Common Conditions and Exceptions
- Proof of Purchase Required: Receipts, invoices, or order confirmations are often necessary to initiate a return.
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or condition.
- Exclusions: Perishable goods, items marked 'final sale', personalized items, clearance sales, or digital downloads may be non-returnable.
- Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a 20% fee for certain types of returns, such as opened electronics.
